  Amy was super helpful with the whole process from the time we made the first appointment. Everyone was very welcoming. Dr. Kyger is great! My oldest son and I were both patients of Dr Kyger’s and we followed him to this practice for my younger son.

  Received over 40 months of treatment here, all paid upfront. From what I had heard, this was one of the best places to go. (Good, but expensive). Although my teeth are now straight-er, I feel like my results are sub-par. Initially, my concerns about clenching and grinding my teeth were completely dismissed. Not a reference, nor advice on how to mitigate it. It wasn’t until Dr. Kiger came in and performed some polishing on the contact points causing my issue, that someone actually listened to me.
  
  Ultimately my bite still isn’t flush, nor was there any “final polishing” to make my teeth even. I’m sure my case wasn’t easy, but I have the impression I was a lost cause or just taking up too much of the Dr Murphy’s time.
  
  The staff are nice and welcoming. As I mentioned, Dr. Kiger was pretty good about going the extra mile. Too bad he came in during my final 2 or 3 visits.
  
  My son has been coming here for observation. I’ve only been continuing our visits because we haven’t necessarily been charged for them. However I am not opposed to visiting another office.

  I had to amend my review after being contacted by Mr. Jeremy Vick, Director of Operations.
  
  Mr. Vick was kind enough to reach out and invite my back to the office for an evaluation/consultation. Once I arrived I was greeted by Amy, and Dr. Kyger. They inquired about my concerns and treated me with genuine respect. Dr. Kyger explained several treatments and their potential outcomes. I even had a minor procedure performed during that 1st revisit. Each subsequent visit I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable.
  
  I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Kyger here. He listened to my concerns and did something about it. Not only that, he explained how and/or why the issue is occurring, and offered options to treat it. Dr. Kyger is personable and easy to chat with. All around a great fellow, and a fantastic Orthodontist. He basically made all my headaches go away, and I will be forever grateful for that. Many thank yous to the rest of the staff for helping me out as well.

  I like that appointments go quick and efficient, surrounding communication, remainders, and of course the progress my smile is making. I do think the client expectations could be addressed better. I feel like my concerns about Invisalign haven't been elaborated in detail and I found out aspects of it that I didn't expect. Have those been explained better, I'd opt for braces vs Invisalign and probably would be a happier customer.

  Dr Henry and dr Murphy is outstanding. Takes time to listen and address any concerns. Explains the process, procedure and outcome. Dr Henry and Mr Murphy is great. I am in good hands and in great care. I would recommend them anyday!

  This process has been incredibly smooth and comfortable for my son and I. Dr. Murphy, Amy, and Lucri did a wonderful job taking care of us. We feel very confident and excited with this wonderful team of professionals and look forward to end results!
