When there to do a full review of what’s going on with my car and they did a great job and answered my questions. No I did not leave with a high ball price I paid about 50 and only was told to replace a light bulb and the cabin filter and a few other little things. Over all I’m happy with going to them because I like the way they understand I don’t understand car talk but got me to understand what I needed to get done and told me what is a priority

I’ve been getting our vehicles serviced at Firestone since 2015. They have great tires and great service.
You can schedule appointments here. So yesterday I called to schedule an appointment to get my tires fixed because I had to put air in them twice now in the past month.
So I get this woman on the phone and asked me if the problem was in all 4 tires. I replied, Yes. She asked me how long ago did I put air in. I said about 4 weeks ago. And then she explained to me that the air pressure in tires goes down in the cold months and that’s why I’ve had to put more air in.
I was so relieved. No one had ever explained it to me before. So now I only need to get an oil change.
