Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I am going to give them a five star because the new manager Chase was super awesome. We had mistakenly paid for a one day pass instead of the monthly and mr. Chase helped us correct the mistake gave a pass for the day and also later on out of no where he gave us a free pizza. He didn’t ask for nothing in return and did it from the kindness of his heart. I brought my 2 year old at the urban air the first time and we loved it. I wish we had this as a kid back in Yuma my home town. This place give you the chance to be a kid again while play with your children. At the in of the night we all had a great time. The second time I brought my 14 year old daughter and 13 year old daughter. They tried to be to cool for it at first but then went 8year old after a few minutes which was awesome. If you’ve never been here I recommend to is place for birthday events and just for fun. Also you will loose weight here is you let your inner child loose for a bit and I know you’re children will love it. I’ll update later with the pictures we took.

Great place if you’re looking for somewhere to go have fun or throw a birthday party. They have private rooms for parties, and believe me if you are the parents, take my word for it the AC works a lot better in there…

All I can say is Trendal Banks is more than fair and firm. I appreciated his desire to stand his ground but yet also wanting to make things right. Thank you Trendal Banks for taking the extra time to sort out my concerns. Staff is amazing here and the kids love it! The monthly passes are well worth it.

Went here yesterday for a birthday party and the place is great! Lots of things to do here! For a Saturday it was really busy as expected the staff was nice through out the place supervising the kids though lots of parents too watching their kiddos! They have a cafeteria with your usual fast junk food they could do a little better we ordered nachos and popcorn and the nachos were stealed and the popcorn tasted old. They also could place a changing table in the ladies room there was a mom looking for one and she was frustrated they didn't have one I would have been too. All the play area looked clean! The only complaint I have is that my child was pushed by an older kid that I guess was with his friends there and they allowed him to pushed them off the elevated section where they have all the trampolines my daughter who is 7 stepped on that area and I was thinking he will not push her but he did I immediately run to get my daughter who was screaming and crying he pushed her so hard and I told him why sis he do that I went to one of the staff girls I found and told her what happened and I walked away watching if she did something but she never did. Place is great but please watch your kids and tell your older ones to respect everyone.
