  We are very pleased with how our shutters turned out for the front of our house. We had many different windows of various sizes and they all turned out wonderfully. They were a little over what I wanted to spend but this is proof that you get what you pay for, they are awesome. Shawna was great helping me pick out the right size shutters and the right look, they look fantastic in our house. Thank you so much to Ammon who installed them. We will be using them again to finish our home in the future.

  Shawna Pryor is an amazing rep for ES&B. I ordered from them several times and she was always professional, timely and kept me informed on the progress of our order. Never had any issues with the installers and the few adjustments needed were taken care of. Great prices and great company to order from.

  Most difficult company to work with. Don't know why they have a show room open they will not order and install from your measurements. If you set an appointment they call five minutes before it to tell you they are having transportation issues and won't make the appointment
  If you ask for a later time on the same day they refuse stating they have other appointments. What happened to mine. Worst customer service I experienced. They certainly don't care about their service to the customer you know the one who pays for good service.
  
  I was contacted by the owner Dave who expressed concern about my experience with the company. He asked if he could send a different representative to my home to help with the blind purchase. I agreed to this and within the hour Scott arrived.
  
  Scott was knowledgeable courteous and friendly. He immediately identified our need gave us many different options and ideas. We originally going to purchase just a door blind however Scott was helpful in seeing our vision and was able to provide us with 2 additional window blinds. All of this was done within a very reasonable cost. Thanks Dave for calling about my previous concern and sending Scott our way. Because you called and were concerned and provided an immediate solution we were able to complete our purchase and have made two satisfied customers.

  We are repeat customers with Elite Shutters and Blinds and Shawna Pryor. She did an awesome job for us and she is such a pleasure to work with! Gave us great ideas for our window coverings. We love them!
  The window coverings came in faster than we thought, the installers were scheduled and they were up in no time at all. The installers made sure I was happy with everything as was Shawna. From their office staff, to the installers, and Shawna, this is a company to call on for your window coverings. A big 5 stars to all of you!

  Shawna from Elite shutters was so helpful with the whole process even styling color choices and working around tile backsplash. In home consultation and local showroom really helped our decision making process. We love our shutters and blinds and they were significantly less than competitor quotes. Instal crews were clean and professional. Highly recommend!!
