Like a box at the QT. And I hate looking 4 a box and use Laveen's Zip code and getting boxes in Ahwatukee, the other side of the mountain”

“I visited Amadio Ranch the Friday before Memorial Day and it was a great experience. I did miss the turn twice, this isn't a bad thing though, there isn't a giant sign or blinking lights because this is a relatively small business. There are a few coolers with their fresh produce, pies, ice cream and honey available. This is not a "U-Pick It" operation, again not a bad thing, I expect the people growing the food know best when it is at peak freshness. I called in advance to verify they had peaches available since that's what I needed and to verify payment methods. They accept cash or Venmo if no one is manning the store, or they can take cards if they are there. Eric Amadio was there when I arrived and he came out promptly to greet me and ask if I had been there before. We chatted a bit as he told me how the store worked and showed me the options. He is a very personable guy and a pleasure to talk to. He also brought out a fresh peach for me to try and it was amazing. I've lived in AZ since '91 and this was the best peach I've had. It was juicy and the aroma was wonderful, these are not your grocery store dry flavorless rocks. The price is somewhat higher than the grocery store but the quality is far superior and worth it. I also picked up a home made buttermilk pie that was phenomenal! It is worth the drive and price to get food that is well cared for and made with love.”

“The most amazingly kind men from this station took the time to help a young boy change his day around from defiance to appreciation! Thank you so much for demonstrating strength through compassion. Their time and effort showed him they cared, and that he was worthy of attention. He really needed that. We had stopped by the fire station this evening when my son was demanding to be placed with another family, and using choice words to express his frustration with his current family. Although not a typical "emergency," the men at the station honored it as a crisis for him and attended to us. Even giving us a spin around the block!! Thank you so much for going above & beyond! We are blessed to have you in our community!”
