This has long been a favorite place and tonight they were having a celebration for being open a year and of course I wanted to be here for that. They decided to host a latte art showdown and since latte art is something I always find fun and impressive I wanted to see what was turned out. Mine turned out amazing, especially considering it was a first attempt. Definitely a fun evening to come hang out and support my local coffee shop!

I stopped in this morning and had a protein bowl. The staff was great, the whole place was clean even with several guests. The food was amazing! I'll definitely be coming back soon for another protein bowl. YUM!😋

I'M OBSESSED with Ebb and Flow! They have all the healthy options of my dreams AND delicious coffee and treats. All-fruit smoothies, the Superbowl (acai smoothie bowl), really fresh salads, the mango botanicals herbal tea... They also have THE BEST tasting coffee ever with specialty and seasonal flavors, and the most delicious chocolate chip cookies. So whether you're looking for coffee/tea, treats, or a meal, they have everything and it's all delicious! Plus the owners are delightful, so support local!!
