(December 6, 2019, 12:37 pm)The manager Javier helped me the 2 times I had to go into tmobile recently for issues with my Apple Watch and iPhone and he was awesome! Very helpful, polite, and great conversation. Lupe also helped me when I had to go back and he got me in contact with the Apple store and now I have a brand new iPhone 8!! No more cracked screen and my speakers actually work now! This store is very clean and the staff is great I would recommend this store over any other in Goodyear and I’ve been with tmobile for 18 years so I’ve been to all the stores in the valley!! Thank you guys!!

I was having a few issues with how I originally placed my order for my new phone and they fixed everything for me in the store and I left with my new phone which I didn’t think was going to happen. Thanks guys, I really appreciate all your help.
