I’ve started leaving reviews because I know they help make my decisions. This is the best Pet Planet. I’ve been to a few others in the valley; all are great but this one exceeds. The customer service is amazing, always very helpful and kind, going above and beyond. I also like the variety of treats, food, and supplements at this location. I will typically go out of my way to support this location because of the employees there.

I cannot say enough PRAISE about MICHAELA at the litchfield park Pet Planet!!I’ve been stressed about switching my husky’s food since my vet mentioned grain free diets were being studied as potentially FATAL at our last checkup in recent studies which take years and years to figure out... I called to ask what’s the BEST kibble I could put my boy on. Michaela had read the FDA’s most recent update/announcement on the study, which debunked grain free being any factor in this AND reassured me the NULO line is still hands-down one of the best if not the best. I’m so glad I don’t have to switch from a trusted brand that I’ve personally seen change the lives/health and coats for my huskies and shepherds in as little as a week! It’s worth the 10-20$ extra per bag trust me! Michaela was BEYOND helpful kind patient and knowledgeable and I just want the public and her team to know she truly is a one of a kind employee who’ll help you and your furry kids! Im beyond grateful for her help and guidance & that SHE was the one who answered the phone. I hope they’re glad they have someone so knowledgeable and in tune with the industry on their team!! First time using self serve dog wash. Love the setup, easy to use for me and enough room for a 115lb dog. Reasonable price. Going to make this my place for my dog supplies and baths.

The people here are knowledgable and helpful! They knew our names on our second visit and were very kind to explain the differences in the foods. They sell higher quality pet foods, but they will help you find what you need - not what benefits them most. If you are looking for quality foods for your furry friends, try it!

Went for the doggy wash station and it was super easy to work and only cost $10 for 15 minutes. They provide the soaps and a dryer (just need to bring your own towel for the time being). Really nice if your pet’s in a pinch and needs a quick bath!
