My technician Matt was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but after listening intently to my problem, he opened the case of my desktop and solved the problem WITHIN 30 SECONDS!!!! We also enjoyed a pleasant conversation about upgrading my system when the time was right for me.
I will never take my computers for service anywhere else. I am serious.
