Privity Boutique

Super cute boutique with all different kinds of style. Received my order within just a few days, very speedy. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star is the fact that to exchange my shirts for a larger size.. I had to pay $15 to mail them back, then received a gift card from Privity for the exact amount the shirts cost not including tax, reorder the shirts in the needed size, and then had to repay $10 for shipping. So the total exchange cost me an additional $25 between UPS and the boutique. Would recommend a better way to exchange customers purchases.

I LOVE LOVE this boutique. I ordered 3 tops online that are beautiful. I tried them on and they are true to size as well as good quality material. I was also VERY impressed on how quick the order came especially since I live in Alaska. I will definitely be ordering from here more often!

Absolute best customer service I’ve probably ever encountered. I ordered a final sale shirt online, figured it would take no less than 7-10 days to get to me. I got an email stating the post office had it the same day, and it only took 3 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive! On top of that, there were cute hand-written notes on the package, and they even included a free pair of super cute earrings. Pricing on the items is great, quality feels very good. I can’t wait to order more! I highly recommend these ladies.

Super cute clothes great people. And they are willing to assist you with whatever you need. Help you look for something you found online or pair something you found in store with a cute top or bottom to complete your outfit! I love there basic tops and cross crops for a little turn up on a basic look.
