I am so thankful for Josh helping me achieve my personal fitness goals. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and has always had patience with me through my fitness journey. I started training with Josh in Mesa 7 years ago and even though I moved to Scottsdale last year I still make the drive back because he’s an exceptionally skilled trainer. I have had two knee replacements in the past 5 months. Both were very successful because Josh pointed me to an excellent surgeon and then modified my training with the specific goal of preparing me for a reduced recovery time. His goal now is to get me back to my normal actives as soon as possible. I have total confidence in Josh’s ability to do just that!
