Empower Physical Therapy: Mesa Red Mountain

My experience with this location has been wonderful. I've worked with Sara and Kendall a lot and they are very kind and know how to make you smile. Physical therapy isn't fun on its own but these ladies know how to keep things light hearted and are great about checking in with you to make sure your doing ok. As someone who tends not to speak up and just deals with discomfort and/or pain I really appreciate their attentiveness. They really listen to what your struggling with and adjust your exercises as needed. I'm glad I found this location and I'm greatful to have these two ladies working with me to keep me motivated.

I went in with hip pain and a badly torn or strained thigh muscle. A few short weeks later I'm moving and stretching much better. From Jodi to Ryan to Kendall, I extend my many thanks. You're a great team that works well with patients and your knowledge to get the job done is awesome. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The whole staff is just wonderful. They are all so friendly, while keeping a high level of customer service. Kendall mans the front desk and works with patients, starting them off with their therapeutic exercises. All the Physical therapists there are great. I worked with Will and he was wonderful. On my first visit, he evaluated my range of motion and my level of pain. He stretched out the muscles and nerves in my neck and shoulders and over the next several days, my condition improved drastically. He asked questions about how I was feeling, how I felt about my progress and encouraged me every step of the way. He listens without interrupting and he recognized when I was getting tired or having difficulty with the exercises. As I improved, he evaluated my needs and adjusted the number of sessions accordingly. I would highly recommend Empower for your Physical therapy needs.

Jodi is an amazing physical therapist and definitely has made me a firm believer in that physical therapy actually works when done right! Will is a great assist as a physical therapist and seeing them be a great team and have fun is awesome to see! Taylor and Kendall are very kind and welcoming every time I step inside for therapy. Thank you for taking care of all of my complaints and ensuring I get stronger and back to my normal.

When searching for a physical therapy clinic I looked for a particular therapist that I’d worked with before-Jodi Pierce. Luckily for me, I found her at Empower PT-Mesa. The work that she did with me this time was every bit as successful as with the two previous injuries. On the professional side, I found Jodi to be detailed, results-focused, well-experienced and educated.
On the personal side, I found her to be very personal, friendly, warm, and funny. You’ll find her entertaining as well as professional. The support staff there is equally friendly and professional...with a special shout out to Kendall (she’s awesome)!
