Clear Water Concepts

Shopped around for a water softener to replace an old conditioner. At the time I wasn’t sure if I would do the install myself or have someone perform the install for me. Spoke to a few different plumbing companies and when I spoke with the owner Matt at Clear Water Concepts, I was able to make a decision while talking to him on the phone. Matt provided me everything I needed in order to know what I was getting and that it was the right unit and right sized for my needs. The price was by far a better deal than any other estimates I received and the install took a little under 2 hours with first pass quality which I expect. Highly recommend Clear Water Concepts.

Great experience from beginning to end. Josh explained the system and install very thoroughly. We had a very involved install and Eric and Jerry did a fantastic job! They cleaned up and explained how to take care of and manage the unit. So far I am very pleased with the service and the whole process with Clear Water Concepts. Joshua, their sales person was informative and cordial. They scheduled the installation the very next day and the service tech was on time and spent extra time to get everything just right. We can already tell a difference in our water. Great website. Matt was great. As other reviewers have stated, You hear about the seven thousand dollar guys and wonder how much less could work? Matt will explain it in simple truth. Very happy with our system and the installer was good too. Highly recommend Clear Water Concepts!
