(March 14, 2023, 9:40 pm)Jonah was terrific! He was knowledgeable, kind, customer service oriented, and respectful. No pressure & waited a few extra days for payment because my card was hacked & we had to wait for the new one! He gets 5 stars in my book!! Give this man a raise!!
(February 22, 2023, 5:45 pm)I was very pleased with Jonah and the other associates I interacted with. My trouble began after they sent the applications to the insurance company that was to issue the policies. Not only did they not process my husband's policy with mine but they also billed my account after they made the error even though I specifically requested they wait until the next billing cycle to take the 1st payment for his policy. Though I understand mistakes happen, I do feel they should have honored my request to wait on the activation since they made the error initially.
(February 16, 2023, 3:44 pm)The process was easy and didn't take an extraordinary amount of time to complete. Both Jackson and Addie were super helpful and easy to deal with. I can certainly wait to take advantage of this service :-) - but it's good to know it's all taken care of.
