There is only One reason I stay with Jelms Insurance Group. Sure my insurance rates are competitive but that is not why I stay. I stay because of Brian and his staff. They always answer the phone. They always get me answers to my question is no matter how small they might be. They watch out for me and my family and suggest changes to my policy before I realize I need them. They make me feel important and cared for. That's why I stay with Jelms. I have referred many people to Brian and most end up staying for the same reasons I mentioned above.
