I have been taking my son here for karate lessons and he loves it!
I have never felt more like a have found family in a business! These instructors really care about the kids, they go above and beyond to make sure we succeed. The environment is so comfortable, everyone is friendly, not just some ALL of the staff is very warm and inviting. BUT, all at the same time they are teaching the kids to have some respect and discipline. It can be expensive, but I definitely feel like they are worth the cost. Hopefully I can put both my children through all the way to black bell here.
EMK institue is absolutely amazing! My kiddo gets personal notes and post cards saying how well he is doing. He also loves all his coaches and has made so much progress in just 6 months. The trainers also help kids understand the importance of respect, focus and discipline which key!
I have 3 boys under 11 and they love it here. We have tried a variety of places from taekwondo, multiple jiu jitsu and karate as well. What I specifically love here is the high amount of classes for all experience groups, and they always have lots of instructors to help give good form. They really push and help create a culture of respect, dedication and discipline. The stuff that they teach in class ABSOLUTELY carry’s on through home. They want to come here, they want to progress and they want to be super disciplined. Every class has lessons about life as well, and sometimes as a parent I love when stuff we teach is reinforced by other adults. 10/10 love this place
Amazing, amazing, amazing. All the coaches are well trained, culture is inviting, and the prices are reasonable. A lot of the coaches are previous students who went through their leadership program. The training also includes weapons like nunchucks, Kamas, etc. Kids really enjoy these classes. Not to worry, it's all supervised with the highest safety standards. Tell em Max sent you. That won't get a discount but they'll know you're family.
