  I saw Dr. Austin for removal of a broken tooth. I have anxiety and he and his assistant were very understanding. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it, so I knew what to expect as he did it. He said the tooth could break into pieces because of prior root canal, but he was able to remove it quickly. From the time I walked in the door until I left everyone was very kind. I called a few days later to ask a question about my after care instructions and the person I talked to was able to get the answer for me quickly. I would not want to go anywhere else other than AZ Max if I need work done again.

  I don't usually review but after AZ Max literally sent me post-surgery flowers, they earned their 5 stars. Everyone who helped me was professional, thorough, and kind. My implant site didn't even bleed after surgery, which I have to chalk up to good handiwork by someone who's been doing it for 35 years. Thanks, Dr. Austin.

  I recently had oral surgery at AZ Max (North Mesa) practice, and I am incredibly impressed with the care and service I received. The entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my treatment.
  From the moment I arrived I was a wreck, crying and full of anxiety. The team quickly helped me feel at ease thanks to their compassionate approach. They thoroughly explained the procedure and patiently answered all my questions. Their ability to make small talk and distract me from everything being prepped in the room was pure talent.
  After the surgery, I had several questions about the healing process and called multiple times. The staff was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. Their willingness to address my concerns was truly appreciated.
  I'm happy to report that my healing process has been going smoothly, thanks to the expertise of Dr.Austin and his team.
  The facility was clean and well-maintained, reflecting their commitment to high-quality care.
  I recommend Dr. Austin and the team for anyone in need of oral surgery. They prioritize patient comfort and satisfaction.

  My experience with AZ Max Surgeons was the best dental visit I have ever had in my entire life! I have had a dislike for any kind or dental profession since I was a child - because I always left in pain. My dislike resulted in years of poor dental upkeep because of my fear of the resulting pain. Unfortunately, at my current age of 55, I ended up with an impacted wisdom tooth - partially exposed. The thought of needing this extracted terrified me not only because of the procedure itself, but because of the risks involved for someone my age, as well as a possible nerve complication. During my consult with Dr. Bradley Porter, he informed me of the risks and possible outcomes, but was very confident and reassuring. I talked myself into anxiety and panic attacks prior to the day of doom (my surgery date). Dr. Brinks Austin performed the surgery on April 27, 2023 (under complete anesthesia), and I kid you not - after I left, I have not had any kind of post-op pain or bruising....NONE! Yes, I was prescribed medication for pain and swelling, but when I have had less complicated oral surgeries in the past (root canals and such) I was always in pain days and weeks after. God definitely Blessed AZ Max Surgeons with amazing doctors/surgeons (and the cash price wasnt bad either, and definitely worth the outcome). I highly recommend AZ Max Surgeons and will continue to brag about them on into the future.

  Everyone I came in contact with at AZ Max was amazing. From my initial consultation to the day of my oral surgery, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
