(July 12, 2017, 11:32 am)Excellent service. I have been going to Myers (previously A&M) for years. Their mechanical repairs are top notch. We have a 2007 RAV4 that is still in top shape, thanks in a large part to them.
(July 30, 2014, 3:26 pm)I've only been to them once, but I had a good experience and would go back. I primarily interacted with Dave, who was very pleasant. I felt that I was treated with respect, which when you're a lone woman going to a mechanic is never a guarantee. They didn't push me to get more repairs than I can afford at the moment, though they were straightforward about the potential consequences of forgoing recommended repairs. I think I'm going to try to trade my car in for something easier/cheaper to maintain, so I didn't end up giving them much business this time around, but I plan to do so in the future. It's nice to see a business investing in their customers instead of trying to wring them dry the minute they walk through the door.
