I absolutely adore Dr Bowden! I have been with him since moving to AZ in 2013 for my pain management. I have followed him to 3 different overhead companies & many locations in the East Valley (his previous overhead wouldn't allow him to treat/care for his patients on his terms, limiting the type of treatment plans he could offer) now at Canyon Pain-his practice-we came up with a treatment plan that works for ME! Think more of thriving than just surviving to describe my pain days now! I refused to Dr shop even when I detested the folks at the old place, I have the utmost respect for Dr Bowden & when you have a good relationship with your doctor, imo that is extremely important - so I would follow him anywhere in the state, even if I had go drive to Tucson or Flag for my visits each month - Dr Bowden is worth it! I highly recommend him for anyone needing assistance with their pain management! I also have to admit...he is a very handsome man so that helps make visits more pleasant too lol Thanks for putting up with me almost 8yrs now Dr B! It's been nice seeing your professional growth over the years, feeling as if we have grown together in some ways & it was sooooo exciting to see your name on the door in big letters on top at Canyon Pain too!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Bowden for years. He understands our individual needs and is always interested in our progress. He truly cares and encourages us in our quest for a higher quality of life and a freedom from pain. While we are living in the greater Phx area, we will only see Dr. Bowden for our pain management.

It's so rare to find a physician who will actually stop looking at the computer screen and listen to their patient. From the cordial greeting he gives to him walking with me to the door Dr. Bowden is engaged. He hears my comments and offers suggestions...he communicates effectively. He's knowledgeable without the arrogance some doctors display. I've been his patient for several years now and my health is improving. I had to settle for not getting worse with previous providers. I've also been pleasantly surprised that the office staff is just as caring, efficient and competent as Dr. Bowden. It's refreshing to be able to say I've had a good experience with a physician.
