The technicians I met at Valley Sleep Center were incredibly supportive. I think having patience is a particularly important part of dealing with people not wanting to do these procedures. The technicians that worked with me were at the height of the patience scale. Thank you very much for taking such great care of me.
The facility is clean and comfortable. There seems to be some minor incomplete construction or maintenance issues that need attention. Beyond that the place is great.
I was very impressed with everything. The room was so wonderful. I loved the adjustable bed since I do sleep in an adjustable bed every night at home. The nurse was wonderful. Very hospitable. The nurse went above and beyond his call of duty. He was awesome! Rey professional and knowledgeable. It was as if I were in a five star hotel! I would recommend to others.
My experience with this clinic has been A+++.
Their staff is always efficient, but more important to me they have always been warm and friendly with the utmost professionalism.
That combination is rare, one may get one or the other, but having both is awesome. I’ve always turned my back on having a sleep study done as I don’t snore, at all, never have. I finally agreed to do this and found that no, I don’t snore, but my heart rate drops to a dangerous point and I stop breathing which technically is a type of apnea.
One of the reasons I’d always resisted were the hospital or clinical settings I’d always seen. Not here at Valley Sleep Center! It’s comparable to a very nice hotel. Adjustable double bed, TV, and private bath. The results were ready very quickly, appointments were on time with reminder calls and texts to serve me in my golden years. Saving the best for last is Dr. Davis!! He’s wonderful and kind, patient, and has a great sense of humor!! Most of all I have total trust in his knowledge. It’s the BEST!!
The room I slept in was very pleasant and comfortable. Queen size bed with two sleeping pillows and a bolster plus a light blanket. The room temp is kept around 74 degrees for the equipment which I loved because I sleep better in a cold room. They have an intercom to speak with the technician if you need anything. There is a bathroom adjoining the bedroom complete with a walk-in shower. I used it because of the goop leftover in my hair after taking the pads off my scalp. They have dispenser that has body and hair wash, I brought my own though. Towels were provided upon request. The shower head was on track so that you could adjust it’s height. It suddenly lowered itself which startled me. I like to have really hot water when I shower and I couldn’t get water to my preferred temperature but I didn’t take a cold shower. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and my technician Alicia was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone else who is thinking about having a sleep study done.
