CLR Electric & Home Inspection

I hired Chris via a referral. So happy I did! He did a thorough inspection and made sure I understood every detail of my report. I could sense he has been in the business for a while. No fancy double-talk, just clear facts. The delivery of his report was easy to read and user friendly. Chris came back to fix a "patch job" done by the owner - work professionally completed in less than 15 minutes. Very satisfied with his quality of work and competitive pricing. I have more work that needs to be done and I will certainly hire Chris to do this work for me.

I have used Chris and his team on the last few home inspections for my clients. His attention to detail is second to none! He provides a very clean, easy to follow report the same day. During the walkthrough with the client he points out any potential issues without "freaking out" the client. He says it how it is. I will be using him on all of my future home inspections. Chris did a fantastic job installing pendant lights in my kitchen. He added them on a separate switch and accomplished this without damaging the drywall. We had a drywall repair guy all scheduled and we ended up being able to cancel that work, which saved us $200 - $300. CLR Electric is definitely on speed dial for any additional projects at our home and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
