Amazing business with amazing people. Johnny was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. Highly recommend
Brian in service was a fantastic help fixing a quad I got my kids for Christmas, same day.
A few days after Christmas,I needed a very specific yet obscure part that nobody in town had, which is inexpensive but required ordering and a week of waiting. This would mean missing the chance to ride over break. I read that Steve's has a boneyard of sorts in the back and Brian rummaged around to find what I needed before I even showed up. He called back that he has it, so I came by and picked up the valve stem lock nut and installed that day, riding by the end of it.
He didn't charge me for the impossible-to-find part. I rarely find this sort of customer treatment, and I'm very grateful.
Dad may have seemed like the hero but Brian saved the day. Thank you.
If you need the work done right the first time these are the guys to see. Kind courteous, and knowledgeable. I have never been to a better place to take my motorcycle. They also work on bikes older than 10 years. So much better than Ridenow.
Went in for a possibly expensive troubleshoot and repair, and Brian fixed it in 5 mins. Fantastic service, and this made my day. Will definitely go here again.
Amazing shop! They have a great selection of new parts but the ALSO have an amazing secret stash of older used parts from tires to complete engines. I've found multiple sets of rare aluminum rims hidden in the back lot. I highly recommend these guys!
