UPDATE: Had a very good conversation with Errin in the office when I spoke to her about the issues. She was unaware that they were out this early working on construction as they did not communicate that to her. She assured me this wouldn't continue to happen and gave me call back once she got more information about the timeframe of the work. As long as communication like this continues, Sands will get a 5 star rating from me.

I have been woken up at 5:30 AM every morning for the last two weeks to construction on our buildings roof. I understand work needs to be done, but starting so early every single day has made sleep impossible. I have reached out to the office a few times with no assistance. There was no notice that they were going to work on the roof or a timeframe for when the construction would be done.

I have lived here for 13 years with my mom my grandma and my sisters and I love this place because I’ve made a lot of friends and I have a lot of memories about this place.
