(March 14, 2020, 9:41 pm)This is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented from the on site manager is very friendly and courteous and helpful I would not have stayed at the same storage complex for over 4 years if they didn't take care of there customers and talk to them by name it's very friendly place . Thanks Steven for all your help for the past 4 years
(October 31, 2019, 2:53 pm)Steven and the lady (linda?) were so kind and funny! They were both professional and helpful. Steven definitely understands the importance of great customer experience. I went the first time just checking my options and, even though the gate hours are a bit shorter than I would have preferred, he was so helpful I ended up storing my stuff with them. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got the space I needed for the right price and not just getting a unit rented. The storage unit itself is clean and I feel like my things are secured and safe so I highly recommend using them!
(June 12, 2019, 9:32 pm)Great place Linda was great she knew what size unit I needed I thought I needed a smaller unit and I was wrong she showed me a unit a little bigger and it was just right my stuff come right to the door with no room to spear. She was very kind even offered to help us with move in and gave us a few more hours to move in. Don't know the name of the guy in the office I believe he was the manager he was very rude to Linda in front of my wife and I that's my only complaint. highly recommend this facility.
(March 4, 2019, 3:44 pm)This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. The whole process was easy and stress free. The manager Steven was very kind and helpful. Facilities are clean and the security is good. The prices are affordable for how much space you get. For me personally the location is great because it is close to where I'll be living.
