If you're looking for a shop to work on your bike in the metro Phoenix area or even from out of state, let me save you the effort of all the research. I moved here from Colorado last year and had an older HD Softail. I knew I was having carburetor issues and looked all over the Valley area for someone who would work on it and someone who was reputable. I finally got a referral from a friend to go see John at Straight Line Customs. Although his specialty is custom builds he also prides himself and his shop in doing quality work. After looking at my bike and diagnosing the issues (some of which may have been directly from the manufacturer) he was able to repair the bike, do a full inspection with some other recommendations, and even cleaned the entire bike before I picked it up. It's now running great; probably better than it's ever run. It's such a relief to find someone who does quality work and who owns a great shop. If you're considering custom work or maintenance go see John and his guys at Straight Line. You won't be disappointed.. Thanks again, John.. Jake K..

I’ve taken my bike to a few shops around the valley. I’ve had an issue with my forks for quite some time and decided to bring it by straight line customs. They were able to verify that some work had been done incorrectly and that’s what had been causing my issues. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and got my bike done in less time than quoted. I won’t be taking my bike anywhere else
