(January 31, 2018, 1:05 am)I find this place nice and clean. No roaches or bed bugs that you find so commonly in weekly places. The landlord only deals in cash and isnt really up on maintenance however they dont hassle you and are friendly so in my opinion it is a good trade off. Stay there if you manage to find them with vacancy and good luck on that!
