Rowley White RV has been great to work with since day 1 when we bought our first trailer in October 2018. The sale was easy going with no pressure, and any follow up service, when needed, has also been great. Recently, I had our trailer in the shop for some work and had dealt with Robbie in service. Great guy that took his time understanding exactly what it was we needed done. In the shop, it was noted that my axle measurements weren't correct, which caused abnormal tire wear - Robbie worked with the frame manufacturer to get two new axles shipped out for a warranty repair, which was much appreciated. On pickup, James the service tech. went through everything with me to ensure all was completed, and answered all my questions. Also a great guy and very knowledgeable.

Great place to shop for a toy hauler. Parts department customer service was courteous and communicative. Receptionist was attentive and facilitated the correct people to assist.
