I own a small business....Second Home Pet Resort in north Phoenix...17,000 sq. ft....25 staff members. I do not employ a full time maintenance person so I rely on trade sub-contractors. I have utilized Indicom Electric twice in the last 6 months and have been more than pleased. Their trucks carry the necessary supplies, the technicians are knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. On the last visit while replacing a sodium bulb on a 10' ladder, the technician dropped the fixture lens while putting it back on. The lens broke yet the technician was quick to tell me they would obtain a replacement at no cost. They deducted the amount of the lens including the shipping from the invoice and came back to install it without me having to hassle them.
I will continue to use Indicom for any of our electrical needs.
