(May 21, 2020, 12:46 am)This is great knife, very good warranty and great service. I have an issue with one of the knife, I did contact the warranty department. I send it with return label and they take care of my issue and fix it and It look like new now. Very nice quality product. Thanks.
(April 14, 2020, 4:06 pm)Customer service was beyond amazing. First time in and they took care of me like a lifetime customer. Repaired a knife that was a gift and I ended up buying one while I was there, freely on my own, no pressure-in fact they didnt even ask, I saw a clearance rack :) Fixed areas that weren't even the part that was broken. Amazing and friendly, will definitely be back!
(June 14, 2019, 3:56 pm)Just ordered my 2nd knife from RavenCrest Tactical. This 2nd time I did the build your own knife and a couple days after I ordered it I received a phone call about one of the color options I chose was no longer available or in stock so I chose a different color. When I got my order I was surprised to find 3 knives!!! The tan one is the one I ordered. I couldn't be more happy with their customer service and can't say enough good things about RavenCrest Tactical!!!

I went in today asking a few questions about some knives I currently own, and was floored by the level of expertise, professionalism, and overall quality customer service this place offers. I wasn't expecting to buy anything, but left with a brand new knife.
Highly recommend this place for any of your bladed needs.
