Heath McWhorter helped me back in 2005 in my divorce from a drug addled crazy woman. Though her tactics were bizarre, Heath was able to maneuver around her craziness. He was a huge help in a very dark time especially because this didn’t involve just me but also my son who was 2 yrs old at the time this all started. My son is now 17 and has enjoyed a very good life without having to deal with his mother’s issues. This review is long overdue. Bottom line: Heath was able to fight fire with fire. We came out on top even though, I was divorcing another attorney. My divorce took two years, with no children involved, and all because my ex likes to delay things. Heath will keep you calm and informed throughout your divorce process. Heath is very honest, and down-to-earth, and aggressive when needed. His team is very attentive with emails and communication, as well. My ex hired two separate so-called “Top AZ family law attorneys”, and Heath won at trial. To me, Heath is the Valley’s Top Family Law Attorney! Heath is very experienced and knows many professionals that helped with my case such as a knowledeable business evaluator.
