They came out at the earliest time quoted and inspected everywhere with the dog as well, looking for an infestation and thankfully found we were bug free. So thankful. Steve who talked me thru every detail and answered all my questions was very understanding and patient with all my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone who is worried about bed bugs.
