Nurturing, friendly, and clean environment. Knowledgeable, compassionate teachers who encourage students to work at their own level. Asana practice is fueled by breath and concentration. They provide treats at the end of class (fresh fruit and some sweets)!
This was my home-away-from-home yoga studio while in Mesa. Bravo, NAAM YOGA!
This is a wonderful studio! The teachers are great and the atmosphere is welcoming. It doesn't matter whether you have been practicing yoga for years or you're just starting--this is the place for you! The teachers always ask how you're doing, what hurts, what you want to "work on" and it is great. I had practiced yoga, then quit for a while and now am back. I love this place!
WE LOVE THIS PLACE! Nicole is the most amazing person and the best yoga instructor. We have followed her around the valley for almost 8 yrs now.
Come here!
Naam is a fun and funky studio. I love the one stop shop, in addition to my yoga class I also take advantage of: the kids yoga, a fresh pressed juice, and shopping. The workers are also very kind and friendly. (They've never scolded me for being late;) Great location and great instructors.
Great NEW LOCATION - just 2 miles east of the "original" - in the north-west building of the plaza at north-west corner of University & Higley. Next to a bicycle store and a medical/mobility supplier. (the whole place is about "movement"!
Beautiful new space, lovingly crafted by Nicole and a small army of helpers from this uniquely amazing & positive community.
Staffed by a number of different yoga teachers, with varied backgrounds and styles - but sharing a common devotion to teaching, healing and helping each student to meet their own objectives or intentions.
