I have been working with Michele for personal health coaching for 5 weeks currently. I have been able to make significant changes to my lifestyle that are helping me to overall feel better, and get closer to my own personal health goals. Michele is very organized with her coaching, she is very accepting, i dont ever feel "bad" when we chat, and she is also extremely knowledgeable. I will continue my work with her and also recommend her coaching to others.

I went to Michele for my first-ever hypnotherapy session. As someone who embraces self-care of many sorts, I was very curious how hypnotherapy might benefit me too. I was very pleased with the session and outcome. Michele offered a very thorough intake to understand my goals and issues. She is a great listener, very understanding, and offered some helpful advice. I had some concerns about feeling out-of-control under hypnotherapy, but it's not like that at all! It felt very safe and allowed me an opportunity to dig deeper into my subconscious mind. She guided me through the process with a soothing voice in a comfy space, which took me to a deep level of relaxation. The visions and revelations that occurred were just for me, and I had discretion on what I wanted to share. Even after just one session, I feel closer to the goals I had set forth. I look forward to the next one! Highly recommended.
