The only thing I can think of is if there's major work going to be done on the property, if possible, just continue to make sure the residents are given a heads up. Cox was here last week to do some upgrade work that involved the parking lots and we didn't know until we heard them working. It wasn't really inconvenient for us, except my spouse couldn't use his car for a day or two as he was more-or-less less blocked in. The office has been pretty good about doing this since I've been here.

I lived here for 1 year and never had a problem with staff or maintenance If I need something fixed they take care of it right away. Or if I’m late on my rent Their always understanding and they give me the time I need.

I've lived here for almost a year. I love this place. It has 3 pools, play area for the kids, and a private patio. The staff their is very friendly Crystal and Erin are such nice people. Maintance is quick and the work is clean. If you are looking to move let them know I sent you.
