Pleasing atmosphere, excellent service by the front desk. Dr Palmer was thorough and efficient. The hygienist Kelly was friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled with the softest touch, she made me feel comfortable and the procedure was over quickly. I appreciated Kelly explaining the procedure and my options she was professional and patient. I recommend Gilbert Road Dental Care and especially Kelly the Hygienist.

A most welcoming dental office! From the staff to the lobby to the hygentist, Kelly and the Dentists! They are good listeners yet efficient, and kind. What really impressed me with Kelly is that she would ask, are you alright? She wanted to make sure I wasn't hurting and that I was comfortable! I have never had a hygentist do that before!

Went in for a cleaning etc. The insurance rep gave some bad information but the lovely staff helped to fix the mix up. The dentist was very nice and the hygienist did a wonderful job with the cleaning. It was a very pleasant experience.
