1st I would like to THANK Mrs. Diana for helping me and my siblings. She has a beautiful soul and was not only willing to help but went out of her way to help! I think that is a very important quality to have in a business like hers.

My father passed away alone in AZ. All of his children live in different states and to make things more complicated, we have this Covid thing going on. So me being in NYC trying to manage this without the help of Red mountain funeral home would have been taxing on me (oldest sibling). This being the 1st burial/cremation I had to arrange/manage. I wasn't sure where to start. So I called several places to get quotes for cremation. However, after speaking to many of them they just made it seem as though it was business as usual. Some straight up even lied! Their website said one thing but when I called, they said another.

Mrs. Diana was very caring and made me feel that she would do her absolute best in caring for our late father and his remains. There is a 4 hour difference in time from AZ to NYC and she would still answer calls/texts in the morning (for me 10am for her 6am. Sorry, Mrs. Diana!) with a caring tone. Everything she said she would do, she did! My ONLY regret was not being able to look her in the eyes and say, THANK YOU!

Erica was just lovely and owner, Diana, took the time to express her condolences when she heard us talking to Erica out front. They truly care and walk you through this very difficult time. Diana and Sissy are two very compassionate people. The process of losing a loved one through cancer is a lengthy and grievous ordeal. Red Mountain Funeral Home has made our grieving process so much easier. We were well taken of. Diana went above and beyond her duties to make us feel good about all that needed to be done. We sought out Diana Speros when we knew my sister only had a short time to live. We did that because a few years ago Diana took good care of us when our grandmother passed away.
