New Dimensions is the most professional and honest repair shop I have ever used. Repair estimates are competitive, warranted and at an affordable price. If costs change vs. The estimate, this is communicated prior to work being performed. No surprises.

Jamie and his crew always respect me and set expectations from the start. I know what I’m expected to pay and there are no surprises unlike most others. The work is done quickly with usually same day return. Only honest mechanic I go to!

We have been going to this shop for years. Until today, we hadn’t used this shop for a couple of years because we upgraded our vehicles and repairs were not needed. My husband ended up just taking one of our vehicles to the place right by our house for the first oil change. To our surprise, they told us we needed new brakes and rotors - despite the low mileage. We made an appointment with our usual go-to shop, New Dimensions, and they called and told us we still had 30,000 miles before we needed new brakes! This shop will NOT try to sell you something you don’t need.

I live 5 min drive away from New Dimensions, but never brought my vehicle in till today. At about 2pm, I called New Dimensions and asked if they have the same day appt may be available to replace my starter since today was my only day off. Service Manager Zack took my call, ordered my parts right away from a 3rd party, and as I was arriving, the ordered part was being delivered to the shop. Tech Sergio installed a new starter, test drove and came back and I was out of there by 3:30pm same day. Amazing work! Super happy with the service.
