(September 20, 2021, 12:30 pm)It is a very nice Best Western and deserves the Plus designation, and it is priced accordingly. Its location is convenient for me, especially close to Donut Man that serves excellent donuts 24 hours a day. The main downside for this motel is that they require a $100 cash deposit. When you check out, they send a staff to inspect the room before they give you the refund. I assume they want to make sure that you don't smoke in their non-smoking rooms, which is the only type they have.

(November 13, 2020, 12:52 pm)Everyone in the office is very friendly and polite. Never have to wait along time in the waiting area and also I don’t have to wait long for Dr. Bates to see me in the examining room. Overall this is one of the best doctors offices I’ve ever been in. Thank you all.

PA Bates is Very Easy to communicate with and he speaks with Clarity and Confidence when providing me with medical options ranging from medications to testings and lab results as well as information about the COVID-19 virus. PA Bates cares for his patients and it shows with the quality of his work and willingness to outsource any specific needs I have that Desert Grove doesn’t do in house to specialty offices. PA Bates is a Good Honest and dedicated Medical Professional! I recommend him to anyone seeking medical expertise!
