  I always love the service at Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown! Even in the time of the Corona Virus, I felt comfortable meeting my service advisor. Everyone wore a mask that interacted with me. I was just having my car serviced, and they were able to do the Texas state inspection as well. My service advisor, Alex, was great. They lent me a car and finished everything sooner than expected. My car was beautifully clean as well. Great work!

  Daniel was very professional and kind to me during my visit today. He took time to understand the reason for my visit and he answered any questions I had (I had a lot). It also made me feel good to know that I was being taken care of by a fellow Veteran. I look forward to having all of my vehicle's services done in Georgetown.
  
  I also had the pleasure of meeting Charles, the Portfolio Manager, in the sales department. He is very knowledgeable about all of the Mercedes-Benz vehicles and also took the time to answer questions I had. He also treated me very kind and was highly professional.
  
  Overall, my visit today at the Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown left a lasting impression. Although I did not get to interact with all of the employees, I will say that the environment is very welcoming,clean, and meets all the standards for a perfect customer experience.

  The best car purchase experience I have ever had!!! I would give way more than five stars if I could, and I look forward to my next purchase with Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown. I would like to thank Jacob for being so patient with me, as my schedule can be a bit chaotic, and working around that to accommodate me. He walked me through every possible option available for my purchase, and I learned a lot of new information I wasn't aware of on purchasing a car. The entire process was so laid back and fun, never stressful, and I'm able to say this after working all day! Ha! He's very good at his job! Gabriel made the financial process fun and enjoyable, and helped me select the best package plan for my purchase. He is also very good at his job. I would like to also thank the entire team that stayed so late for me, thank you, thank you, thank you!! I highly recommend everyone to go here for your next car purchase. :) Thank you again, I love my new SUV!!
  
  Update—I’m leaving my review under my last review because Google keeps telling me I’ve already reviewed this site. Shout out to Jarrod in the service department!! He was awesome and so kind and he really helped me out today while having my car serviced. It’s the little things that matter, especially at this moment, and Jarrod’s little things were BIG things for me! Thanks again Jarrod, I appreciate you!

  We just purchased my dream car from a dream team. As a gift for being on the survivor side of a recent breast cancer journey, this car is beyond special to me and a symbol of courage and strength. Thanks to Jolene and Troy for making the buying experience effortless. Thank you Troy for your care and compassion and kindness. You are top notch! If you are looking to buy your dream car, the drive out to Georgetown is well worth it.

  As always, dealing with MB of Georgetown has been an excellent experience. The Service Department was great as usual. My Service Manager (Jarrod Dozier) was ready when I arrived confirmed the items I needed them to look at. I turned around and my loaner was waiting for me. I received a video from the mechanic working on my car detailing what he found during his inspection and asked me to contact Jarrod and approve his work. Finally, I received a call from Jarrod telling me my car was ready. I arrived and signed the work order and paid for the work..... in and out in 10 minutes. Great Job to the people in the Service Department!
