Reflections at Red Mountain

I called and asked about their 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments and I wanted to go take a tour of a 1 bedroom, but unfortunately they didn't work with the section 8 voucher program. But I sure wish they did, I would try to get a 1 bedroom at their community living, it looks amazing! 💙👊🏼😎💯

Loved the wide open concept of the property and the landscaping but most of all it was the office staff and Maisy's great personality and knowledge of the property and area! Can't wait to move in!!

Reflections at Red Mountain is a great complex to live! Our little family of 4 (fur baby included) lived here for 2 years and they truly care for their residents. We made use of the dog park a lot and even had a few picnics in their large grass area which is cleaned every week. They host events often and if anything breaks, maintenance is pretty quick to come fix it. We left because we were only in AZ temporarily. Management has always been friendly. Thank you Reflections!

My husband and I had a tour today with Reflections at Red Mountain at the top of our long list searching for a new place. Upon meeting Kaylee and seeing how immaculately well the property was maintained, we decided to put down a deposit. We can’t wait to come next week to finish the process on getting our unit and finally call this place home. Kaylee was incredibly empathetic and kind when we absolutely gushed about our poor experience at our current apartments. She laughed and joked with us like we’d known her for years, and are so happy to have met her! We cannot wait to move in and are so excited to be apart of this community.

Maintenance and Office Staff are so timely when it comes to concerns. Hats off to the amazing maintenance team. I’ve never had a Work Order go past 24 hours. When they left a service slip on my door saying they ordered the part I assumed it would take a couple days, nope. Arrived and installed the next day! They leave my home clean and in the condition they came in prior to repair work. When I have questions about the terms or conditions of my lease, I get a response in less than 24 hours. As a Property Manager myself, this Team and Property Manager are doing it right. Thank you! 😊
