It's a tank Roberts tire for helping me out. Limp to their shop as I had a metal grinding noise coming from my wheel. Three guys immediately jacked the car up and started looking at it. They couldn't find anything wrong with it but after taking it down there was no more noise. Took it to my local shop and they couldn't find anything wrong with it either. Just want to thank the guys for taking the time to look at it. On another note I was going to bring them my business by having two tires installed on my car that I had brought with me. Somehow the price was higher than it was a week ago. I'm not one for confrontation so I just take my business elsewhere.

Was checking the air in my RVs tires before a quick weekend trip and the valve got stuck open in one of my dually tires. Called Roberts at 4pm on a Friday and they let me come right in. Fixed my tire on the spot.

The technician and the inside staff were both amazing to work with as well. Highly recommened.

Came in with a flat tire, and every employee that I interacted with was helpful, professional, and friendly. They gave me a great deal and did not try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. Service was super fast - I only had to wait 20 min or so. This is my new go-to for tires.

I am more than satisfied with my experience at Roberts. I drove my mini-bus 75 miles from Globe early yesterday morning with an inside right rear dual that was paper thin. There are no shops in Globe with bays large enough to lift my bus for an alignment, so I researched several tire stores and settled on Roberts. Keith at the front desk was very accomodating after I bought 6 tires and requested an alignment afterwards. He didn't have to try to get me in for an alignment. They already had prior appointments and he could have had me schedule another day, but he made sure I was able to get everything squared away before heading "back up the hill". All the staff were professional, friendly, and answered my questions without hesitation. I was very satisfied with Roberts and overall value of services rendered.
