(May 1, 2023, 6:17 pm)I went to a scheduled hearing test and waited only briefly before it began. The doctor did an exceptional job in explaining what was required and the procedure for each test. The results were available immediately, and were reviewed in detail. He provided answers to all the questions we had. Examples of aids were provided with an explanation of the benefits and drawbacks for each. It could not gone any better from my standpoint.
