(August 12, 2020, 3:10 pm)I am from California and was looking for two rails for my Ashley Furniture bed. I spoke with Chad and even though he was out of state he was able to help me. The cost he gave me plus the shipping was 1/2 of what an Ashley Furniture store told me. I went ahead and ordered it and Chad told me it's going to be a 2-4 week lead time although he said it should be sooner. I believe the warehouse the rails came from was in California because i got them in about 3 days. All in all, everything worked out great and Chad was super helpful!!!

(January 8, 2020, 11:41 am)Hands down for the best service and quick delivery on special orders during the 2019 holiday season! Just want to thank Bruce for his time during our shopping experience finding a sofa and love seat that met our family needs. The leather color was perfect and all functions of our Palliser furniture operate quietly. You don't hear the furniture make a squeak or crunch noise in the leather when it reclines or adjusts. It's so quiet!! Also happy we got to see the bigger picture when it was on display at the store. First impression of the store was small, but it is not - they also have flooring upstairs!! Furniture Plus has a lot of furniture pieces to from, plus an online catalog to shop from as well. So many choices to choose from with prices being competitive and brand names you find elsewhere for more money. The quality of furniture at Furniture Plus was impressive. The delivery drivers were professional and very polite using Ms. and Mr. ----- I highly recommend this place.
