Today I upgraded to an iPhone 14 plus phone. I’m very happy with the excellent customer service from Izaiah Annis in taking care of the upgrade and setting up my new phone. I’m also very happy with the reliability of USCellular 5G service!

Zach and Veronica are saints. I had to wait for a while, but everybody wants to switch to US cellular. Zach was dealing with the most rude and difficult customer I have ever witnessed. Wanted to switch his phones, but owed T-Mobile over $700 for his phone, and T-Mobile won't allow the phone number to be switched till the bill was paid. He didn't even know his pin number, couldn't remember it... Spend over 1 1/2 dealing with is issues. Anyways, they had my phone of choice in stock Moto G 5G 2022 and transferred all my data, apps and contacts over to the new phone with no problems. Spend additional time teaching me how to get google voice and my email accounts all setup again. Been a USCellular customer for over 30 years and have had little or no problems. Me and my husband went into the store for an early upgrade and we were greeted by two nice gentleman who were awesome, one was Scott (from west bend store) and Zach. They were personable and awesome to work with. I will always drive the 45 minutes to come back to this store.

This store is the one to go for your US Cellular phone needs. Each time I go here, I receive wonderful customer service. This most recent visit, Zach helped out greatly, it was a fast and great experience.
