Sierra Estates Mobile Home Community

Sierra Estates keeps a nice, clean, at-home feel to the park. The office staff is both professional and personable and a pleasure to communicate with.

Great community, staff is fantastic. Very clean, almost already quiet, with not much excessive noise.
I wish the side gates would open and close at the same time.
Also, hope rates aren't raised again next year, getting too pricey to live here.......
Raised rates again. This is in a low income area and although the community is very nice, it's not the Ritz, we don't need new patio furniture, we don't need to remodel things that don't need a remodel. We need to take into account that most families in this community ARE lower income. And the constant updates will force many more income families out.
Drive the neighborhood, there are always at least 10 homes for sale. Yep, mine will be there soon, if this keeps up. I'm a single mom. On a tight budget. I really love this community. But, if I don't have money to buy good because the lot rent is nearly $1000, then my hand is forced!!

I am a Realtor Helping a client sell their house in this community. I stopped by the office yesterday, and I was amazed with all the amenities they have to offer. First of all, Jessica was super nice, resourceful, and very professional in showing me around. They have a Brand New Exercise Room, a Cool Club House which I'm being told will also get re-done in the Summer, along with the Playground. The pool is big, and very welcoming. They even have a computer lab and a party hall for the residents!
I highly recomend anyone to explore opportunities at this place. You will love it!
