SimonMed Imaging - Higley

As in most medical appointments, some cases are more urgent or complex than others. My appt for an mri of my head was for noon but the person administering the procedure realized he was going to be longer with his current patient and advised the front desk. The person at the front desk them called the three of us that were scheduled that our procedure would be 20 to 30 minutes late. Personally I appreciated that very much. Knowing it would be late and approximately when I would be seen was infinitely better than sitting there fidgeting and wondering what was going on and why wasn’t I called in yet. Thank you Simon med

My first appointment here was an MRI of my brain. I am terribly claustrophobic and was very nervous about the procedure. The front office staff was very welcoming. But the technician was incredible! He put me at ease immediately! The entire process was over in less than 30 minutes. This facility is one of the most pleasant and professional places I have ever been to.
