Have a hearing test was something that I had put off. Sarah Pitrone made it amazingly less painful. Very thorough and informative… she gave me options and let me make the decision as to what type would be best for me.

The reception area was clean with coffee and water available. Valerie the receptionist was very friendly. Dr J explained everything, the test were easy and painless.

It’s hard going into a doctors office because your spouse keeps repeating “you need to go get your hearing checked”. You do not want to hear, yes you do have hearing loss.
Dr. Shara was very convincing of what I should do and let me borrow a set of hearing aids for a test drive. After 2 weeks of wearing the hearing aids I had alot of question and concerns. I read up and got advice from others. That made things even more confusing. We meet again and I had lots of question. She addressed all of my questions in way that made me feel comfortable that she was trying to help me with my hearing loss and quality of life. She made adjustments to my loaner pair and asked me to come back in a week. When I came back the adjustments made and the answers she had provided were working well and I felt better about the investment I was going to make purchasing hearing aids. She never pressured me or tried to guilt me into purchasing from her. I felt that I would be able to work with her and that she would help me eliminate my hearing loss. I love doing business with kind people who care for others!!!!
