Nevra King-Logsdon, MD

My husband is a veteran and he is very suspicious about everyone. He loved this doctor. I have been to hundreds of doctors myself for my own stuff and I would choose Dr. King-Logsdon for myself. I recommend her to others wanting an honest to goodness opinion and not just some run of the mill neurosurgeon that wants to do surgery only. We loved her.

She was very comforting and caring. She was very awesome, when it came time for my emergency surgery she was very relaxed but upbeat and cheerful at the same time, if that makes sense. That in turn calmed my nerves a little. She had Entersandman by Metallica playing when I entered the operating room. The Oncologist I had went to after my surgery even complimented her, stating brian surgery is very difficult. (Obviously) But for her to get all of the tumor out as well as she did, he said that doesn't usually happen. I have 4 stars and not 5 because it is very difficult to get a appointment with her post op. I don't click with her assistant, so I request to see her and only her.
