I could not be happier or more impressed with this urgent care. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and professional. I really felt like they cared about me and wanted to help me. It feels more like a family doctors office than an urgent care

I made an appointment, taken right in. I'm a retired critical care RN & hesitant being seen at urgent care. It's hit or miss quality at most urgent cares. Not at Southwest; I saw Daisey Lundquist, PA, she was excellent. Listened to me, appropriate questions of me & exam was completed. Diagnosed correctly, prescribed & I was out the door

One of the best Urgent Cares I have been to, they are quick and friendly and ensure I have all my questions and concerns answered rather than making me feel like a revolving door. Cassidy was friendly and created alight and welcoming environment. She shows that she enjoys being there which as a patient made me feel like I wasn't another patient in a revolving door healthcare setting.

This urgent care was by far the best I have been to. They were quick, professional, friendly and, most of all, compassionate when I needed it most. I am a mom of a 9 month old and I work full time so being sick could not be more inconvenient. Christina was amazing at the front desk and helped me on the phone and encouraged me to come in even though they were only open for 30 more minutes. She told me - “We want to get you some medicine. We want to help! Come in!” I saw Zach and he was amazing. So gentle and calming and was so empathetic. He checked me out, sent my meds electronically and sent me on my way so I could come home and rest. I will absolutely use them again. I recommend everyone go here! A big plus - it was also very affordable. Thank you Southwest Family Urgent Care!!!!
