The team was very responsive and was on site the next day when any issues presented themselves. If anyone is looking for an AV company I highly recommend Sound Effects.
They 100 % showed me the ropes as having a "Smart Home" was completely foreign to me. There was so much trial and error on our family's part and Cory and his team were so patient and helpful to us! Everything they suggested for my home (which I thought I didn't need) ended up being things I could never live without now. Cory and the team have gone over and above the call of duty helping us get used to our new system and I cannot live without them being a phone call away. I rarely leave reviews but wanted to for Sound Effects. Good people.
